Only Administrators and Content Managers are able to delete or restore content in the library.

Deleting Families from the Library

1. Go to the library landing page and select the content that you would like to delete. See Viewing Content for help with selecting families in the library.
   
2. Click on the More menu above the list and then select Delete from the dropdown to delete the selected families.

Viewing Deleted Families

1. Deleted content is held in deleted status but is not immediately removed.
2. You can show or hide deleted content by clicking on the trash icon at the top right of the list.
3. When deleted families are visible, the number of deleted families is shown next to the trash icon and deleted content will appear in the list in grey.
4. When deleted families are hidden, you can see the number of deleted families by hovering over the trash icon.

Restoring Deleted Families

1. Show deleted families and then select the relevant families from the library list.
2. Click on the More menu above the list and then select Undelete from the dropdown to restore the selected families.
3. Attempting to undelete a family where the same family already exists in the library will not work. 
4. If you do wish to replace an instance of a family with a deleted one, delete the existing one first before undeleting the one you would like to restore.
