Every Kinship team includes a Library that serves as the central repository for the team’s standard content.
The Library is where you store, manage and access content that you want your entire team to use on their projects. Families in the Library are prioritised in searches from Revit and highlighted with a green icon in the search results.
Content in the Library can be either Approved or Unapproved. Unapproved families are not visible to users when searching from Revit.
Anyone can add content to the Library, but only families added by Administrators and Content Managers will be automatically approved.
If a family is added by a regular member, it will need to be approved by an Administrator or Content Manager before it’s searchable from Revit. You can find more details on the approved status and approval process under Approving Content in this section.
