Reactivating Users

It is possible to reactivate a user who has been deactivated. You can do this from the Team Members page or the Deactivated Members page.


  1. The reactivate action can be done from:
    • The three-dots menu to the right of the user name in the Deactivated Members section at the bottom of the Team page.
    • The three-dots menu on the right of the user’s name in the Deactivated Members page:Reactivate users
    • By clicking the Edit button on the Deactivated Members page, selecting the users to deactivate and clicking on the Reactivate members option in the menu bar.Reactivate many users
  2. You will be asked to confirm the reactivation and an email will be sent to the user for them to change their password.
