Click on any collection to view a list of its contents.

Viewing Content

A collection’s Contents page shows a list of all the content in the collection. Click on any family in the list to view the details of that family (see Family Details for more information).

View Options

By default, the content will be shown as a basic list. This can be changed to a more detailed list or a grid by clicking on the View Options icon at the top right of the list.

Sorting and Filtering

The order of the list can be changed using the Sort by … dropdown menu. This sorting is also applied when the list is in Basic view, even though the active sort field is not shown in the list. 

At the top left of the Contents page is a filter menu. Clicking on the menu brings up a sub-menu of filtering options. The filters are context aware and will only show values that are relevant to the content displayed.

Searching

To search the contents of the collection, click on the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the page and enter your search terms. The list will be filtered to display only the content that matches your search criteria.
