The image below shows the thumbnail that is generated by Kinship. At the bottom of the screen is a list of comments for the family, shown in reverse chronological order.
Comments are added by the system to record activities such as, uploading, approving, un-approving.
This provides a historical log of the activities applied to the family and which user performed them. You can also add your own comments and these comments can include attached files. You can make comments private so that they are only visible to administrators.
Within the comment list system comments can be identified from those made by users as the background is a different shade of grey.
In the comments section you can also see any warnings associated with the family. If there is a warnings notice it has no time associated with it and will always appear on the top of the list.
