This article explains the Model Sync Rule that excludes certain models from being tracked.

You need to create a Model Sync Rule as follows:

  1. Click on your user icon in the top right corner of the website and choose "Settings"
  2. Scroll to the Model Sync Rules setting and click the "Expand" button.
  3. Create a new rule for "*". Select the "Never" option from the available choices.
  4. and click the "Add" button.
  5. The rule should appear at the bottom of the list. This means if a model doesn't match any other sync rules you've added, it will be automatically ignored. However, administrators may choose to override this by clicking on the add-in's Model Sync Status button when they have a model open in Revit.
