Resetting Your Password

If you can’t remember your password or need to change it, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Go to Kinship login page at https://app.kinship.io/login.
2. Click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the bottom right.
3. Enter the email address for your Kinship account and then click “Next”.
4. A password reset email will be sent to the address you entered. If you don’t receive the email within a minute, please check your spam or junk folder.
5. Click on the “Reset Password” link in the email. This will open a “Change your password” page in your web browser.
6. On the “Change your password” page, enter the new password you would like to use in both fields, then click “Save new password”.

Note: Changing your password will not interrupt any copy of Kinship that you’ve already installed and activated.
